Ok guys, I know Rox and some of you others have a lux meter. What I am looking for, is the lumen rating you are getting at the corners before the lcds, and fresnels. I am comparing a new light, that has a solid beam of 10700 lumens at 65 degrees. my calculations put that roughly at 330mm which is what I am using for my fresnels. So if that is stronger than the everyone's 400w ushio's, at the edges, I am hopeful. Thanks Chad
750wsbr57fl It is a reflector light. I know that there are questions about this working, but I have had reflector overhead projector lights, and they put out more per lumen through the projection, than the no reflector lights with homemade bowl type reflectors. I really think that lumens that are hitting the lcd on our projectors is only 10-30% which is still lower than what this light will do. Guess we will see when I get it. What I really like about this light, is that there is no need for ballasts, just plug into a 120v socket and go. Color is 5000k. I will keep everyone informed😉
