LTspice models for Sanken 2SC3264/A1295

To make these models I don't need single measurements so much as I need whole datasets. The models are based on the datasheet curves which are probably the most complete dataset available. If I tried to shove in other data it's questionable whether the result would be valid.

Well obviously you would need datasets. I do own a LockyZ curve tracer, which isn't the most reliable piece of measurement equipment to be fair, but worth a try probably? To measure the capacitances at different bias levels a programmable power supply and my Analog Discovery 2 should probably be fine?

It's worth a look. It looks like I didn't have any Cob data to go on for these models.

The locky_z curve tracer, such as it is, is still an enviable piece of equipment.
