Anyone got a good spice model for the IRS20957S (or alternatively IRS2095x)?
Thanks and best regards Baldin

Thanks a lot jazbo8 .... seems like quite a good model.
Do you or anyone have a similar model for the IRS2092?
Need to be rather precise, as I'm investigating to use the OTA input as comperator and using the build in "regulated" low voltage suplies to pwer an external opamp.
The IRS20957 is as a replacement for the Si8244 I'm using today
Thanks and very best DIY regards, Baldin 🙂

Thanks snake69fast.
Hmm yes. The model made by ChocoHolic is probably really good, but I think maybe a little less generic than e.g. the model referenced abowe for IRS20954, done by analog@ieee.org ... have same kind of model for IR2110 (if anyone is interested).
Maybe there is a similar model for IRS2092 out there on the web?
Otherwise you are right that the one shown in the LiteAmp thread is a good starting point 🙂

Is this suitable for simulation of the IRS20957 IC or is there another LTspice model of this IC that I can get access to?
