LTspice model for SIT THF-51S

I am looking for a LTspice XVII model for Tokin SIT THF-51S in triode mode of operation.
Google found a paper with an attempt for modeling SITs here:

My experience in LTspice is not enough to implement it.

Does anyone have a better working model?
