LT1083 PCB or project files available?

Hi!

I'm looking for a PCB that can be used with the LT1083 regulator (TO-3P) and allows this device to use an external heat sink. Does anyone have any PCBs available for sale, or perhaps files that I could use to run a small batch of boards?

It's just a 3-pin regulator on steroids. You could get good results wiring up point to point, and the TO3P package with widely spaced leads makes this even easier to do.
