I am trying to get an oscillator using 4069 inverters to work in LT Spice. It doesn't oscillate. What's the trick?
There are several forms of "4069 oscillator" with different start-ups; might be good to show a plan.
However many oscillators are NOT sure-to-start, can hover forever on the edge, except real-world randomness pushes them off the center point. For many of the popular oscillators, you can "Skip Initial Transient Analysis", or use a time-switch to give a 0.1V "kick" after the simulation starts.
