Anyone know of a reliable source for these?

Tried to buy 8 off from the UK Linear Systems rep but I think I’m being given the run around. On line Order entry system not working and they have not contacted me to take a manual order.

My own fault of course for using this device. But the PCB is laid out and I don’t want to go hacking 2 off BF862’s on.

Nah. That’s where I’ve got the problem. Something with the website.

Getting them over seas I do not know about. I have bought some from NAS in Florida. Trendsetter did not return calls nor emails too me but that might have been a Covid-19 issue.
Another option is to ask LIS for a few samples, they have been good to me. I have also bought directly from LIS too. Contact them, they are good to work with imo. While you are at it mention to them your experience with the rep, might be a good reason for them to sample you.
Is your layout for a dual footprint? The smt packages are a bit cheaper.

Rick, yes my layout can take TO-71 and SMT
