Lowther Carbinet, would an AN super 8 work in it?

hi guys,

I can get ANs locally (both steel and AL frame), but would they work in Lowther cabinets? something like a Bicor 250 or Bicor 2000 (for 2 pairs). Anyone tried these drivers in lowther cabinets?

My budget is tight, but could get the cabinets made cheap locally.
