Hi, I discovered a woofer very good for a sealed music subwoofer:
FS: 23Hz
Qts: 0,48
VAS: 275 L (very high)
WINISD says to built a 230L box.
It's a subwoofer, so for 40-100Hz I think a Qtcof 0,85 it's good, allowing a smaller 120L box.
So, are any musical advantages to use a woofer with low VAS in a 30L box insted of high VAS woofer in a 130L?

Not really. The only reason you might want a bigger box is if you intend to vent the design and you need to tune low (requires long vent which may be impractical in a small box).
Some may argue that the low VAS drive unit has stiffer suspension so is better damped, but again this is false as all that matters is the overall in-box performance.

Hi,
All things being equal the performance would be very similar,
however the bigger box would be more efficient, that is you
are trading compactness for efficiency.
