Looking for low profile drivers that can cover up to 20khz down to about 500hz. I've tried the B&G NEO planars, but they really need at least 3 1/2" of depth, perhaps more.
I have a max of 2" depth to work with for this design, which is basically an on-wall design. Total enclosure size is approx 4"W x 16"H x 2"D.
I'd prefer one driver, but I'll go with two if needed.
Anyboy know of drivers that could handle this app?

check out the Tanband W3-881S they sell at PartsExpress! This one has a depth of 45mm (divide by 25,3 for inches, 1,8 approximately)
A number of Fostex fullrange drivers are less than 2" depth. Since your range is shifted towards the high end, you will likely want a 3" model.
Even the Tang Band 2" drivers will suit you well if you only want to go down to 500 Hz. They can go lower but only about to 300 Hz. They sell some, though, that can go down to 130 or something like that, at Nuera.
