Low pass filter with very less settling time

I am trying to design a low pass filter with cutoff 10Hz and gain greater than 10 but its settling time should be very less and also bandwidth should be as low as possible.
Please help...

This is definitely not for audio. You can get low settling time with high order filter, but then the group delay will be high. Bandwidth is a parameter for resonant filters, not for LP.
