Low noise zener

I'm looking for some very low noise 33volt zeners, preferably Renesas

HZ33L

I can't finde them anywhere online, all help will ber very much appreciated
I need 10 in total.

Renesas apparently is phasing out this line as their datasheet does not recommend it for new designs. Probably explains why they're hard to find.

Got to be a low noise shunt regulator design somewhere that'd be programmable for voltage and consist of a minimum of parts which would be a drop-in substitute for a Zener/voltage reference. I need a 40 volt design myself.
