Lost my password

Hello, I have 3 computers and 1 iPad. I have lost my password and can only access DIY on one computer a the iPad.

Can you show me how to recover it?

Hi Bonsai, can you not change your password to something new and then use that on all machines ?

When you go to log in there is a 'forgot your password?' Click it.

Yes that will send you an email where you can then reset it 🙂

Still not right. It is bringing my old, abandoned user name up. Please can you PM me Cal or Mooly. We need to kill my old username and let me change my password for Bonsai.
