Will be making using Copper clad using a etching process

Amplifier Type:
Only Class: AB, H, G and D

Thanks

Just a quick glance at the circuits shown on raul_77's notes, they won't work. I know a uA741 will only swing between its own rails and no more. The slew rate is so slow, if it did work would cut off at around 10kHZ!
Have a look at some class D amplifier designs using the IRS2092 range of controllers and large FET output stages.
There are plenty of notes in this forum. Look up Class D.
THe last item will work but low ish power.

Hello

Hello
just my 2 cents AB class are the best sounding amps depends which
design you want to build and your budget and your skill levels and
availability of components class d kits are available and cheap and
sound not so bad just make the power supply and you have a working
amp the choice is yours H900 very good power and sound trying to diy
a LEACH amp version if you want to make a good high power AB class
go for clone drives in delhi lajpat rai market
Warm Regards
Andrew

Those amp PDF's are NOT good designs for any high power AB amp.

EF2 is only good for a 150w amp (like the forum's badger).

The only amps I know of that could safely belt out 1Kw (or close) are
Apex audio's Class G projects or a 7/8 pair MT-200 slewmaster.

ESP audio's 1kw (project 117) is another valid design -
Project 117
My output stage and blameless input stage are much more advanced ,
but basically the same.

The most I have actually seen in reality is member Evan C's 5 pair
MT-200 slewmaster. It can really put out 600W/4R - you
do need a triple EF and output devices as drivers to drive >10A
to your speakers. 😱

Yeah two slews paralleled. ha ha !

The second board would just be extended rail traces and driver feeds.

Or just extend the sprint design out to 10 pairs. 500mm long PCB.

Ohhhh.

90-100V rails might get you 600W/8R over 1000W/4R.

You would need >120V rails for 1K/8R.

1000W of Class AB is impractical. There is no way you could effectively DIY a good enough cooling method.
Class D, also complicated. You will never DIY one cheaper than you could buy one for.

I agree , 300-400w is the upper AB limit. That will cost >500$$.

Forced air - massive tunnel , 1K is possible.

Better to run several 200W amps across multiple loudspeakers for
all those decibels.

I have 3 - 200W amps running a sub and pair of full ranges.
