I take the length you give me and calculate the cu.ft with elementary level geometry.

Then I enter the cu.ft in WinISD to know the tuning needed. I could do that by hand too, but I don't want to and it's better to "see" if that tuning would be good for the volume you have because you have a SPL graph.
 
Bigger and better. In stead of going the same 50" I went 58" tall with 44" ports. It sounds a lot better. I had to put 2 screws in the center of the grill to stop it from ratting when the bass hit. Sorry i don't have pic from the start, but here are 5. Still not done, have to put the cloth on it and paint the bottom.
