Looking for spice models... LTSpice

I am looking for the following spice models to simulate some older equipment in LTspice.

I've been looking on the internet, but that gave me a hard time 🙁

It's these models (or an equivalent):
MJ3001 / BDX65A
MJ2501 / BDX64A
BD267A
BD266A

I also use TINA which costs but not much
The benefit is better device libraries which have many European parts
