Hi!
I want to modify a car amplifier I have with an additional XO stage. In order to drive my kick-bass drivers in a better frequency range (right now from bottom - 220 Hz), I plan to add an additional high pass in front of the normal XO included inside the amp, using a BB opamp.
I have seen enough designs already, but all of those use a fixed xo frequency. I plan to make it adjustable, like those XOs already present in my amps.
In the formulas for calculating an active high pass the frequency is depending on some capacitance, while I want to rely on an adjustable resistance. Can someone point me in the right direction (probably with complete circuits)?
I already have some OPA604 and 2604 at hand...
Thanks,
Arndt

Oh, forgot something:
I want to have a 2nd or 3rd order high pass filter, in other words 12 or 18 or 24 dB...
