How do you know if it's the final schematic?
Anyway, one end of the OT secondary should be grounded.

@rayma I don't know what it looks like. He labeled the schematic on his website as "not final". Because I'm new on this forum I'm not allowed to directly message him and this is the only way I can (his website has a contact form but it doesn't work as well).
