Looking for replacement part #'s

I have what appear to be Transistors/Rectifier Diodes and they have shorted out. I'm looking for something that will suit as an equivalent replacement part in an amplifier I have.

I have 3 part numbers and I'm having trouble finding suitable replacement parts using these numbers within the USA. I've found what appears to be replacements in Asia but shipping would be an average of 10-20 working days.

Part numbers are as follows.

1.FMU-22R
2.FMU-22S
3.K D718 0 331

I believe the last 4 numbers on number 3 are probably lot or production date numbers, but I don't purchase individual components often enough to know.

Any help is appreciated. I'm happy to join the forums instead of just being a boring lurker

Why yes. It is a car amplifier.

And thank you for your reply. I didn't expect an answer so soon. 🙂

I'm looking for a place to purchase these parts (as well as future parts for other repairs or builds) where they can be ordered in as low as single quantity. Any Suggestions? I've searched Digikey and Mouser for said parts but come up empty handed on the dual diode rectifiers.

Part #2SD718 is a great number thank you. I'll definitely use this. Now if I could only find those first two :cheerful:

Get the Sanken/oriental transistor from Digikey 🙂 They carry ORIGINAL regular BJT (8A 120V 2SC4467/2SA1694) and LAPT BJTs (10A 150V 2SC2837/2SA1186)

As for the Sansken fast recovery dual diodes on a TO-220FP package FMU-22R and FMU-22S, nobody makes the equivalent of the 'R' version which is the common anode. If you have room, just get 2 singles and drill another hole.

Note that Pacific Semi sell's counterfeit parts like fake Sanken power transistors, Renesas/Hitachi lateral MOS-FETs, etc.. They do accept taking it back when you complain

Pacific Semiconductor is where I go for weird Asian semiconductors.
