I have a set of PL11WG09-08 and XT25SC90-04 drivers laying around, been thinking making a small bedroom/desktop style speaker for nearfield listening.
The pl11wg appears to have a good smooth response high enough to cross with the small XT25SC90?

Anyone tried to pair these two together? I have some 12x12 1/2 and 3/4 baltic birch pieces sitting that I could put to use 🙂
This obviously won't win any awards, and won't go deep but for nearfield might be a good use?
I am familiar with Troels PL14+XT25 bigger brother, in the process of building those as well just cut the baffles the other day.
