As the title says i am looking for the above speakers.
Does anyone have a pair in the attic?
I need them for a project speaker...
If not these, then a Infinity L-EMIM from the Epsilon speaker
(aka High Energy Emim) ...even one would do.
Thanks!

Bump...
Still looking for one...only one!
Even with a torn-damaged foil...only need the magnet structure intact.

Forget trying to find Fostex ribbon panels, they are very rare and bring too much money when they show up, same with the infinity's. Either find magnets and build from scratch, or look for the monsoon ribbons. The other choice is the Hi-Vi RT8-II, they pop up on Fleebay once and a while.

Hey that's good news, glad you found a pair as if you can find another one and have 2 per side, that could make a fantastic speaker. I know how good they sound as I have a pair of Fostex RP-2001 speakers with them and have always felt one of the problems with the speaker is the interface with the woofer. The crossover is high at 350, and the woofer is a 12 inch which is too large to crossover at 350. Multiple 8's or 6.5 inchers would be great. Good luck with your project.
