I'm looking for a manual fixed bias board. A few years back I had purchased on Ebay but can't find that again. Anyone know of boards somewhere??
Pete Millett has a bias board for sale, he has an eBay store, this one.

Do you mean Ebay. I have looked for a manual board and don't find it. I see all kinds of auto bias but not looking for that.
Well I appreciate that so much. That was very fast. What program do you use to do that with? I really do need to learn how to do some of this. Oh I see Eagle. Is that freeware?
Eagle isnt freeware, but there are older versions of eagle floating around.
Im 1995 vintage and i design quite a lot this board was rather straightforward. only took me 35 minutes with cnn in the background.

I downloaded the Eagle files and when I opened I realized I have the eagle program on my desktop. I can edit these right. I'm thinking about trying to make the pot a vertical version that I can adjust from the top. Would I be able to do that? For sure I would need to save a version of the original in case I screw it up.
You can just re-download the files, this board is meant to be mounted to the side of the enclosiure. so you can acces the pots from underneath the amplifier.
Also the pots are mounted on a 2.5mm grid as opposed to 2.54mm or 1/10''
I suggest you use the replace command on the pots and choose a 3296.

Oh I kind of like your idea of access underneath. That would work and actually be a smaller footprint. Ok so I can just use a replace command and does it drag all the traces to a new footprint automatically. This might be a good way to get started with eagle. You know of any tutorials out there? If I get these made do you need any?
I wont need any as the postage to the Netherlands is more than the cost of the boards at JLC.
you can use the ripup; command to rip up all traces and start by re-routing the board.
I suggest you start in eagle with a new schematic and have a go at drawing something. first thing you do is add a frame
Mind you the blue polygon is a ground layer, you can hide all ground air wires using "ratsnest ! GND"

Ok thanks for everything. PCBway is $24 for 10. So cheap these days. Really amazing that this can go from a conversation with stranger to boards on order an hour later!
