Looking for LCD Panel..

Hello all...
Well, i've got a big problem. I life in germany where only some
people have these lcd panels..
So i ask if anybody have a good panel for a "poor" german student.. Well ok ask me i'll say you if the panel & the price is ok..

please dont blame me if i dont understand ...
I should you pay 50$ for ONLY Searching a Display on Ebay or do you sell a panel on ebay for 50 $?
Well i've got a ebay account.. and i searched at ebay..
But i mean if somebody sell his panel private, perhaps i could get it..
