I have a pair of CHN-110’s arriving Tuesday and was planning on building the FHxl’s for them but have read several posts where it was suggested that the Joan enclosure would be better as they would benefit from the increased volume. Do you guys agree?
I’ve found the general layout of the Joan but the drawings don’t show dimensions for the internal divider. Specifically its height in relation to the driver and the gap at the bottom. Also, should the joint where the back and divider meet at their bottoms be tapered and rounded like the smaller Frugel-Horns?
Having just finished the FHL’s (and being stunned by their presence) I’m at least familiar with the overall build of the larger horns. Just wondering how important the internal dimension details are. Can they be TLAR’d?
