Looking for good book about phase split

Just want to design a p-p amp and try to design a phase split ckt using 12au7 or ecc99, and good book suggested.

Don't know any book that covers phase splitters only but other than that there's plenty of good references on the web.

Here are a couple of them:

BONAVOLTA

AIKENAMPS. LOOK UNDER TECHINFO.
