I am missing a knob for my Forte Model 2 pre-amp. I am getting ready to sell it and I don't want it to be missing the one knob. I e-mailed Nelson Pass, but I haven't gotten a response back.
This may be as close as you'll get, just replace all four. They actually look better.

You could probably sell the old Forte knobs on ebay for more than the new ones cost.
If you can't get them, then neither can anyone else.
One thing, the new knobs are for a 6mm shaft, not the original 1/4" (6.35mm) shaft.
It will still work ok though.

Mouser also carries a piece like this which I have used many times. If hole is too small, back out set screws and clamp in vise and drill it out. Easy peasy.

That knob does have a 1/4" hole (measure the shafts on the Forte and verify), instead of 6mm,
so it should fit better. Looks very similar otherwise.
