Gentlemen!!
I am repairing a monster power amplifier, a Soundcraftsmen PM1600. Years ago, one of the power supply caps failed (shorted) and I lost the power supply/SCR rectifier board.
Can anyone help me source this capacitor? The PCB is designed around the dimensions of this cap, and uses the top radial screw terminals:
EL CAP
EMC652CG100T
+6500MFD 100VDC
85C USA 8526
Yes, I know this is a 6500MFD 100V unit, but dimensional constraints limit my choice to finding the manufacturer. The amplifier employs a quartet of these below the supply board.
