Does anyone know of any kits for loudspeakers which have first order crossovers that are 2 or 3-way designs? I'm reading about one in Audio Express right now but would like to find some others for comparison before I buy.

VAFs have a very good reputation here in Australia.
Definatly there specs look great. I know a couple of
people with DC-Xs and are very happy with them.
I once looked a building the DC-7s, but ended up going
with my own design.
All VAF designs use modified Seas drivers. The DC-Xs and
DC-7s encloseures are a combination of Transmission Line
and Ported.
You can buy them with or without the boxes. If you do
buy the boxes, the only real assembly work you have to
do is poke the wires through and screw in the drivers.
