Hi all,

Can anyone point me to an off-the-shelf solution to my problem:

I'm looking for a Bluetooth device that
1) Can connect to a smartphone/tablet
2) transmits mic and headphone audio at the same time (I.e. Synchronous)
3) Has a jack for standard headphone and also an input jack for external mic.
4) Preferably portable/battery powered and small
