Well, I've given up my love for CRT.
Anyway, looking for native XGA (or better), as small as possible, and cheap... Must have S-video and (VGA and/or DVI) input. Must be strippable, and short ribbon cables are fine.
Interested in the Toshiba 10.4", but I don't know where to get it or what I need for a controller.. Other displays are welcome as well... Ebay links are fine too but if there's an actual store with a good panel for cheap, that'd be better, of course.
I want to avoid stuff like a 15" monitor if possible....

That one is not native XGA either. It is SVGA 800x600, it handles XGA as input though and scales it down to the native resolution.
I got one myself and I think it is nice though.
Hmm... What if I got a WUXGA panel, like from a laptop (like the Sharp one)... Where can I find controllers for those? I know there's a thread about a kit for this stuff but $700 is too much for me, while these panels are on Ebay too...
I know it wont' be cheap, but if it's not too much, then awesome can replace some of cheap.
