looking for a tube - help!

Hi all!

Can anyone give me some help?
I'm looking for a tube i saw once that looks like this model 4 stroke engine, in the top part, that is.
I would be appreciated.

It's pretty close, thank you.
But the one i saw, I guess in a jap page, really resembled the engine , with the connections forming that V orientation on top.
I'll keep looking.

I searched a bit and finally found that the tube is the CV18.

See what i mean by resembling the 4 stroke, especially when it has the top contacts connected, like the pics of the first and third link?
