Have you tried performing a parameter search on octopart, digikey or mouser to see if anything came up?
What is the control voltage when the output is enabled and when it's muted?
What amplifier is this?

I have searched everywhere.
It's a Korg Electribe SX ESX-1.
The volume is lower on one side (Left Side (F201 on Schematic)) and I found the 2sk433 from the Schematic I posted above .
Its on the amp part so I thought I could get help here.
Q: Have you tried performing a parameter search on octopart, digikey or mouser to see if anything came up?
A: I found the part but I don't know how to use Octopart website.
Q. What is the control voltage when the output is enabled and when it's muted?
A: I have not tested it. Do you think I could get information from the working channel (Right Side (F202 on Schematic))?

You could use the working channel for the voltage.

The popular J112 will probably work but it has an even lower voltage rating. Check the Idss spec.

JFETs do not generally have high voltage ratings and tubes operate on high voltage. And the SMD package will not take a lot of power, so that's another bad choice.

it all depends on the voltage difference between the tube grid bias and the fet supply. still I do not expect that larger than 20V. more the idss rating of the original fet is important, and the trim can set the same required tail current.
If you cant find from above methods. Try here also to see if you find something similar. https://alltransistors.com/mosfet/c...=0.15&uds=50&id=0.01&rds=250&caps=SOT23&cf=on
If no good store appears for even alternatives than you may have to gamble with ali/ebay/utsource.
