A OTP in a endstage transforms your speaker impedance to the anode of the tube. And are there for often very similar for the same tube.

So when a transformer is designed for driving a pushpull set of KT88 and the design has no feedback circuit like the BILL design. You can use every brand OTP that expects the same load resistance and anode voltage. Bill is UL so that has some concern.
The original design uses Dutch transformers from AE I posted previous a link. You can mail them in English no problem for a Dutchman.
