Looking for a better OP-Amp to replace a UTC TDA2822L

Wow that unisonic is an odd ball. its an all in one unit that only uses a positive rail and everything is built in. You just need a input resistor and decoupling cap in the output and you are done.

I cant help you find a better one, but if its used in its stock form you can make it sound better if you bypass the electrolytics with some box caps like wima mks or mkp 1uf.
 
There may be an upgrade, but actually the TDA2822 isn't an op amp. It's designed to be a low-voltage low-power chip amp, along the lines of a LM386. In other words, it's a milliwatt power amp. So I'm not at all sure what you are wanting to do.
