Hi, I have looked at Digi key and Mouser for the 2SD1047 and 2SB817 they both have the 2SD1047, but they do not have the 2SB817. Do you know any good company that have these "original" transistors for sell?😱 I am going to fix my friend's Adcom 535 that he blow. He was adjusting the bias and by accident touched some components next to the bias point terminals. it looks very simple to fix. this is the SECOND amp that He blows by the same thing 😱 . I told him before He started fixing the bias to be very careful.
And if that doesn't work out, here are a couple places I usually look for Asian trqansistor types if Mouser/Digi don't have them
