Does anyone know where I can find RCA jacks for a thick panel ( about 1/8" thick)........ I've looked at the neutrik panel mount style but, i don't have the room. I appreciate any help at this point.
Both Vampire and Cardas make jacks for extra thick chassis applications, but there are also a plethora of reasonably priced, decent Chinese made jacks on eBay that will work well.
I'll take a look at the Cardas and Vampire versions before I go to ebay.... thank you for the quick response!

Why not drill oversize holes in the thick chassis and mount conventional RCA jacks on a thin panel behind it.
I'm have seriously considered this option but, want to try and avoid it if possible. A little bit of OCD kicking in lol.
I'd have thought that most RCAs would fit through a 3mm panel.

The picture does not do them justice, switch craft makes a very decent product, price notwithstanding.
Hifi collective in the UK sell a good range the cheapest in price being £1.50 about half way down the page.
