I am having a really hard time finding a single source for these two transistors, On Semiconductor brand 2n3773 and 2n6609. Any ideas where to look? I have tried Newark, Digikey, Mouser, Allied already with no luck. Thanks for any help.

Just use the MJ15024/25 pair.
Motorola only shows one set of curves for the 2N3773/6609 and the MJ15024/25.

Try 2N3773G, 2N6609G etc. They should be in stock in any quantity at Allied Electric www.alliedelec.com or Newark Electronics www.newark.com

Sounds like you have an old Bryston amp. I have a pile of these devices used, but you're better off getting new ones.

Yes, the old Bryston used the 2N3773/6609.
But guess what?
They switched to the MJ15024/25, the newest re-design used MJ21193/94.
At the risk of repeating myself, just buy the MJ15025.
