I need to locate twelve FQP65N06 and eight FQA30N40 . I am open to suggestions for a same or better replacement of each. This is for a PG amp I am working on and have gotten sticker shock from Mouser and Allied, Digi-Key and Newark has to order them. Sorry I am new to this stuff, Polo..🙂
You should be able to cross those parts to On Semi or Infineon. Try googleing the part number without the prefix letters and see if anything similar comes up. Or, try the cross reference databases at the above named manufacturers websites.
