howdy there karrok, i was thinking last night about the loa's, they are do-able but they dont sell them here in spain that i know of as its 230v here and not 110v 🙁 but anyway what u could do with a loa is pull the thing apart, take out the circut spread the circular design so its flat, re solder the wires and have the electrical circut at the back of a lighting box, that way its not so circular anymore but a flat 6000lm light and u wouldnt loose much at all with it mounted about 1inch from the lcd, but i would recoment a uv filter to stop the lcd from fading from the uv. I opend up a florex last night that is nearly dead but its only 1000lm not enough light but if i could get 6 of them it could work but the prob it they are too big so the only one of any advantage is the loa's, also we discused about the point souce lighting option and that would be the way to go more than this alternative, anyway thats my idea for a moded light lol
