LND150 gyrator for ECC83/12AX7 ???

Ryssen the version package is TO-92 (or N3) but the source and drain are interchanged in the parts-tester.

The lnd150 is correct.

At this mommnt my 2nd phono stage works with only 0.49 mA (Rset 820 ohm and VRset 0.4Volts). I used the "mu" output for lower out impedance.
The first stage is yet a resistor load.For mod.6n2p-ev tube.

It sounds fine.

The cascode is composed by LND150.

R10 burns off some excess voltage, dissipating some power that would otherwise be burned off by the DN2540. It's not absolutely necessary, but is helpful.
