LM4562 - any good

Hello:

I have used the single version of the 4562 in the
post I/V output op-amp position. I used to have
the OPA627 in this position. The new units strike
me as less dark, a bit more transparent, and having
a bit better clarity & definition. Also seem to sound
a bit more "live". A bargain compared to the 627.

P.S. I had a 3 ma output bias on my 627 op-amps
with very low impedance 100 uF electros &
.01 uF film bypasses on the power pins.

I have never liked the OPA627 biased or not - I've removede many!. The LM6171/71, suitably bypassed (.1 u NPO across V+-) is good, as is AD852. I'll try the 4562

LM4562 is a very good Audio OP no matter for money or performance. It's almost as good as OPA627BM.
However, I would like to use OPA627BM as I/V for performance.
If you need high output swing, LM4562 might not be ideal as well.
