LM393 Detex audio class D amp

hi all.

i made this amp:

it work but have very low power.
and + rail mosfet get warmer.

i need your helps to solve these problems and power up it to 400w/4R.

is this sch better than upper sch?

i don't like to use irs2092 because i can't find original ic.2092 expensive.

i just like to make class d amp with 494 or 3525 or with op amp.

i tested 494 but mosfets get warmer about 50 60 degree.
if anyone have tested sch of class d amp with tl494 or sg3525,ir2153 or etc plaese send here to use or send here refrence address

i didn't see. i don't need hifi quality because i use it for subwoofer.

and UCD 's board a little big. I have space restrictions
IC occupies less space.

What do you think of the circuits I've posted?

I love this schematic how is it:

As i don't get good result from TL494 ic for class d,I don't know about it works.
but someone has tested it and get good result.

What power level DO you need, by the way? And for what load impedance?

İ have idea.
i can use a class d amp that have square wave on output(like the TPA series)
Then boost the output with external mosfet.
this have beter result but there is a little problem. i can't find tpa ics
it just on kits.

Why not just go for one of the many IRS2092-based amps out there?

and ready kits are also expensive.

You're not trying hard enough then 😉 Mouser carries them, and so do Farnell and Digikey.

Ready-made amps seem to start for around 20$ on eBay. If that's still expensive, then i don't know what else to tell you 😕

Those cheapest eBay amps are from China ("obviously"). Maybe searching for something on the local market (if at all possible) might be... better? I dunno...
