A la Linkwitz -- this is a first cut at a PCB with the XO, servo and phase adjustment incorporated:

Hi Jack
Like how you think i.e. PowerAmp with it's own 4th order Bandbass X'os.
Grounding scheme? How about 2 returns with no Gnd plane!
opamps....OPA duals or quads?
Group Buy?

I have no ground-plane drawn in (poured).
I would like to use a Quad -- problem is finding one which isn't SMT -- the LME49743 is TSSOP, the OPA4134 is SOIC...it's a DIY after all...perhaps the OPA4134 on a Aries carrier, and others building it could choose a more conventional quad opamp like the LT1014.
I have to put another header in so that you can elect inverting or non-inverting for the first stage.

I did a similar thing, back when I was green (well BRIGHT green, I'm still green, but fading to brown 🙂 ). Details here. Mine did not have anything fancy, just the capacity for HP and LP filters, a buffer and the LM3886 on each board.
Original intent was more hifi, but they have been reassigned to a pair of 3-way workshop speakers. Not that they sound bad - they are fixed at ~310Hz and 3100Hz leaving no room for adjustment and they are not quite powerful enough.
