When an amateur like me comes up with a conclusion based on lots of conflicting internet advice, it's nice to see a profession come in and confirm that I have sifted the wheat from the chaff correctly.
We really do need to learn that sifting process. We MUST NOT automatically follow the first bit of advice we see.
