You can get those chips for free from TI USA but Im not sure tho...
Those from Ebay can be fake, bought from there few years ago but this time TDA1514A package was very much similar to the original but both of them didnt work on my PCB...
had poor design back then.
I just checked it out, but it seems i can't create an account there, as i don't know how to enter a valid office phone number
But they have Farnell as a distributor in Europe, and the chips are available here too.
