Should i increase the split power supply caps? because drops a bit from 39v to 37v.
The sub is a "Samsung PS-WZ110" 6 inches i think, 4 ohm[3.7 ohm measured].
I know the LM1875 is meant for 8 ohm load and that in BTL mode each IC sees half the impedance. (drawing more amps too)
Also the A2030V does a popping noise, when the phone volume is max 0.200 v(output 4v connected to the sub 20 gain) probably they reach maximum current?.
Seems to work fine with 39v to try 45v?.

I have :
2x 35v 3300uF,
4x 25v 1000uF. (all are scavenged from broken CRT's and some STK amp. [the IC is dead])

I also have some 10000uF 50v caps to add those?.

Edited :

I have 2x 10k resistors on each rail. Accurate voltage splitting (19.8 | 19.3).

You can use a 7294 for similar output, though the voltage may be different.

Use higher by 20% voltage rated (above supply) capacitors for long life.
For 39/45V, I would put 63 / 80 / 100V capacitors, 50 is too close, 25/35 V will go bang.
On 19 V rails, use 35 V rail to ground, safer.
