The whole pre amp schematic doesnt work cant adjust anything only input audio goes throught the schematic . I have taken the schematic to two pieces the preamp and the amp . Thanks a lot for help
SpeedKillZ,
What repair tools do you have:
an oscilloscope?
a signal generator?
a digital multimeter?
a smartphone with headphone output?
a headphone preferably with an impedance higher than 32 Ohm?

I guess you have a headphone, no?
Do you have a resistor with a value around 2KOhm?
Could you please post a photo of the board?
The way to proceed is to put power on, without any input signal, and measure the voltage on all LM1036 pins from ground.
Thus, please connect the black wire of your multimeter to pin 10 and measure in turn with the red wire the voltages on all other pins:
Pin 1: xxV
Pin 2: yyV
Pin 3: zzV
etc.

Many thanks. OK implementation.
Could you please do the DC measurements as indicated above with your multimeter?

I figured out the problem but thanks ! The problem was that the potenciometers wasnt grounded . And now it works !

Problem solved, that is what is important.
