Recently I've purchased a MX50 dual pcb + components kit from aliexpress.

During assembly I've noted some differences between my past assembly and this one.
Now I have a trimmer (5k to regulate bias), but mainly I've discovered difference in BJT 2n5551 (Q), strange configuration, different from usual.
Is it plausible or a complete mistake in design?
Could it work?

I have received(packed just in plastic bags..) with bent transistors. Both the board are defective, they output Dc current on speaker output...

Hello. I think you have purchased counterfeit goods.
The current MX50SE is genuine. There will be a 502 (5K) adjustable resistor on top.
It's the genuine product.
And it will have the LJM logo. And an image of a panda.
Yes, this is genuine and there is no problem. The genuine version will have a 502 adjustable resistor.
