I want to use either a 3M 9850, or an Elmo HP-A305 or equivalent to display video with an LCD panel for a live musical duo I play with. I play guitar and my partner plays electronic drums. The stages are always very, very cramped so the room for gear is very, very limited. We have no sound man or light man or helpers etc.
1. How much room do the projectors need?
2. Can it project well if the screen is at 6 feet way (or less), and what would the image size be then?
3. The audience will be very very, close to the projector itself, so the amount of light that bleeds off the machine must be very low. How can I accomplish this?
4. Any other input would be great!
