Altie, where did you get B-52 COMP-4CLS . Also did you have a chance to measure the audiopipe jbl 2414h clone. They look very nice and right priced.
I found on tmcelectronics.com another B&C 8PE21 clone. They do not mention of it has the copper core. It looks the same as the one from audio pipe.

They are about as light and small as I've ever seen a CD. If they do match the 2414h, those measurements are here: 2414h which don't look great to me.
If I was in the same position though I'd probably be looking at the 2408h-2. Not much bigger, available name brand for around $60 each and known to measure well on commonly available waveguides. JBL 5020337X 2408H-2 HF Driver For AC195, AC266, AC299 | Full Compass Systems for one example source.

Thks Altie, the deal is amazing. Just torn between between the 2408-h2 and the celestion / b52. Seems that the b52 might be slightly better but the jbl are probably 2 lb lighter
I have been very interested on the jbl hf 2408-h2. It is a not serviceable driver according to jbl yet u can fine aftermarket diagram in speaker exchange. Many people sell "new original" jbl on ebay and ali with no brand sticker. Will publish soon

I just bought myself a bunch of the B52 waveguides from PE and some Celestion 1745 clones... Looking forward to putting together a nice affordable 5.1 or 7.1 setup.

I have not seen them but according to Altie they are rebranded Celestion. It makes sense that b52 will buy them oem to get a better price.
Also, the b52 guides are a clone of the qsc lens used in the econowave. The celestion 1745 is a clone / functional equivalent ( or close enough search econowave dsp) of the b&c de250, to the point that you might be able to use Zilch Econowave deluxe hf xover with little or no modification.

The first two B-52 COMP4-CLBs I got actually have a sticker on the side that said "Celestion CDX1-1745". The cheapest ones up on ebay right now from zxpc don't have any labeling, either as B-52 or Celestion parts - no stickers at all. I bought one anyway for a center channel. Maybe I can get some time soon to measure it and see if it stacks up.
Please tell me which site exactly sells components for repairing speakers. Interested in diffusers and centering washers manufactured by Kurt Muller. And even more relevant mobile systems from Scan Speak 25W / 8565-00 in other Classic series.
I don't know where to get parts for the Scanspeak. A good place to get parts and clones is Aliexpress, but I have not seen many scanspeak clones. This is the last store I found while looking for clones of the JBL 2408h-2. I have requested pic of the diaphragm to no avail. One good thing of this clone is that the diaphragm is replaceable, not like the original jbl driver
